Why is there a need to harness non-conventional sources of energy? Give two main reasons.
The non-conventional sources of energy like fossil fuels are exhaustible and non-renewable. Moreover, with technological progress, changing life styles, rapid industrialisation and population explosion, our demand of energy has increased tremendously. Therefore, in order to overcome these problems, we are forced to tap new sources to harness energy.
