Who are the Alpine people? What is their origin?

Answer:

There is no such thing as the Alpine people, and it is racial term that was devised by anthropologists in the 19th century during a long term of racial identification, pseudo-science, and alternative history. The term was widely adopted during the 20th century, most notably by the Nazi party, to describe the features and origins of the Alpine people and their position within the racial hierarchy. They were supposedly descended from migrants of Central Asia during the Neolithic Period and were defined by their wide heads and short height. The term largely fell out of favor after the Second World War.
