What is immediate treatment ?
(i) Pouring of cold water or apply ice (24 hrs). Use cramp bandage in eight shape.
(ii) Cryotherapy : Treatment through ice.
(iii) Hydrotherapy: Treatment through water.
(iv) Electrotherapy : Treatment through electrical stimulation.
(v) Physiotherapy : Treatment through physical exercises.
