Organised sector: It is registered by government and follow its rules and regulations which are given in various laws (For example: Factory Law, Minimum wages Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Establishment Act, etc.)
Workers in organised sector enjoy job security work for a fixed number of hours, get overtime if they work more than the fixed number of hours.
They enjoy certain benefits like paid leave, payment during holidays, Provident Fund and gratuity, etc.
