(b) Employers can invest in new technology which will help them in bringing down their cost of production,
© MNCs may offer relief to workers who have lost their jobs due to globalisation, by giving financial aid. This will help them till they find another job.
(d) Workers will have to change their mindset and will have to see themselves as equal partners with the management in pursuit of better productivity.
