Sexually transmitted diseases spread through sexual contact in affected and healthy persons, for example; AIDS, Gonorrhoea and syphilis. AIDS is caused by HIV in humans.
Gonorrhoea: Caused by Treponema bacterium.
Syphilis: Caused by Neisseria gonorrhoea.
Prevention: Avoid sexual contact with affected person.
