Volume strength (or volume percent) is an outdated term referring to the volume of oxygen gas liberated from one volume of H2 O2 solution (at 0oC and 1 atm.).
For example: If the volume strength is given as 20-volumes, it means that 1cm3 of H2 O2 will produce 20cm3 of oxygen gas.

So, in 1 L H2O2 solution , there are 0.75 moles of H2O2
