Alveoli —> Alveolar ducts -» Bronchioles —> Bronchi —» Trachea —» Larynx —> Glottis
—» Pharynx —» Internal nares —> Nasal chambers —» External nares —> Atmosphere.
The tidal volume increases 4-10 times during excitement and activity.
