(a) Differences between Ardodactyla and Perissodactyla:
Artiodactyla (Even-toed ungulates):
1.They have two toes in each leg.
2.The functional digits are 3rd and 4th.
3.Homs may be present or absent.
4.Incisors absent in upper jaw.
5.Stomach four cham-bered.
6.Chew cud.
7.E.g. Deer, Giraffe, An-telope, Hippopotamus, Ox, Buffalo, Cow and Bison.
Perissodactyla (Odd-toed ungulates):
1.They have only one toe in each leg.
2.The functional digit is 3rd only.
3.Homs absent.
4.Incisors present in both jaws.
5.Stomach is simple.
6.No cudding.
7.E.g. Wild ass, Zebra, Rhinoceros, Ass, Tapirs and Horses.

(b) Difference between Agnatha and Gnathostomata
Agnatha :

  1. Jaws are absent.
  2. Paired appendages absent.
  3. Notochord persistent.
  4. Single median nostril present.
    Gnathostomata :
    1.Jaws cure present.
    2.Paired appendages present.
    3.Notochord replaced by vertebral column.
    4.Nostrils are paired.

(c) Differences between Arabian and Turkish Camels:
Arabian Camel (Camelus dromedarius) :

  1. Short hairs.
  2. There is one hump.
  3. Neck is long.
  4. Moves fast.
  5. Used for racing or rid¬ing usually.
  6. Found in North Africa and south-west Asia.
    Turkish Camel (Camelus bactrianus) :
    1.Long and shaggy hairs.
    2.There are two hump.
    3.Neck is shorter.
    4.Moves slow.
    5.Used as weight bear¬ing carrier usually.
    6.Found in central Asia.
