How have the penguins adapted themselves to the polar regions?
Penguins are birds which are found in the Southern Hemisphere or the southern pole. Penguins have a thick skin and layers of fat to protect them against the cold. They move in groups to keep themselves warm. They have streamlined bodies and webbed feet which make them good swimmers.
