How does intestinal juice contribute to the digestion of proteins? What provides an alkaline pH in the small intestine?

Intestinal juice: Succes entricus: it contains proteins, sugar and fat digesting enzymes as:

Dipeptidases + Reptides → Smaller Peptides + Amino acids.
Maltase + Maltose → Glucose + Glucose
Sucrase + Sucrose → Glucose + Fructose
Lactase + Lactose → Glucose + Galactose
Lipase + Tryglycerides → Monoglycerides + Fatty Acids.

Bile provides alkaline medium in intestine.
