How can community and government go hand in hand to protect the wildlife? Explain with example.
The major threat to the wild life is posed by the human being. Various human activities like hunting, pollution, cutting down of forests etc has led to extinction of some of the wildlife. By being a part of government initiatives community can go hand in hand with government in conservation programme.
For example, community can conduct awareness programme about wild life preservation. Community can promise individual no to indulge in hunting or cutting down trees. Community can report to police if any one violates laws regarding wildlife is found.
