Find the value of the smallest item of the data, if the coefficient of range is 0.6 and the largest value is 60.

Coefficient of range = 0.6, L = 60
Coefficient of Range =L-S/L+S
0.6 = 60-S / 60+S
0.6 (60+S) = 60-S
36 + 0.6 S = 60 - S
1.6S = 24
S = 24/1.6 = 15
Smallest value = 15
