As given , x = ${{2t}^{2}}$ + 3t
By differentiating x w.r.t. t we get velocity
v =dx / dt = d/dt (${{2t}^{2}}$ + 3t)
v= 4t+ 3
As velocity is time dependent, it means that motion is non-uniform.
