Explain the Revisory Jurisdiction of a High Court.

Revisory Jurisdiction of a High Court means that it can call for a particular case that has been decided by a sub-ordinate court because it feels that the latter has exercised a jurisdiction not vested in it or has not followed the proper procedure to come to the decision. The High Court, therefore, reviews the case and takes appropriate action on the case.
