Explain the position of the Diwan and the Mir Bakshi in the Mughal administration.

The Diwan or the Diwan-i-Ala was the wazir who headed the revenue department. He was responsible for all income and expenditure. The Mir Bakshi was the head of the military department who also helmed the intelligence and information agencies of the empire.
