INDUSTRIAL locations are complex in native. These are influenced by availability of raw material, labour,’ capital, power and market. It is rarely possible to find all these factors available at one place. Consequently, manufacturing activity tends to locate at most appropriate place where all the factors are available or can be arranged at lower cost.
Raw material: Cheap and abundant availability of raw material is essential to establish any industiy.
Labour: Both skill and unskilled labours are required. For keeping the low cost of production, cheap labour is essential.
Capital: Without capital, one cannot think to establish any type of manufacturing unit any where.
Power: Cheap and regular supply of power is extremely for flourishing an industry.
