Everyone knows that the rich person can have better lawyers in the courts. What is the point in talking about equality before law?
It is true that the rich person can have better lawyers in the courts but the law is the same for everyone.
Being rich or having good lawyers does not mean that equality of law also changes. Whether a person is rich or poor, the law remains the same for all citizens.
The judiciary follows the rule of law without discriminating on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. Having good lawyers do not mean the violation of Right to Equality before law.
