Differences between Labeo rohita and Scoliodon fishes are as follows

Labeo rohita Scoliodon
These are bony fishes with bony endoskeleton. These are cartilaginous fishes with cartilaginous endoskeleton.
Gills covered by operculum. Gills not covered by operculum.
Mouth is terminal in position. Mouth is ventral in position.
Air or swim bladder is ususally present. Air or swim bladder is absent.
