Takes place at all temperatures. Boiling occurs at a particular temperature.
Evaporation takes place from the surface. In boiling, the entire liquid boils.
Can occur using the internal energy of the system. Boiling requires an external source of heat.
Evaporation produces cooling. Boiling does not.
It is a slow process. Boiling is a rapid process.
