Describe the working procedure of unrecognised sector.
WORKING procedure of Unrecognised sector: By the unorganised sector, we usually mean small and scattered industries, they are largely outside the government jurisdiction. Jobs are usually low paid and not regular. There is no security of jobs. Employers are masters who can ask workers to leave whenever they so desire. Usually, it is done when there is less work (For Example - hired labourers in farms, tailors in a garment making factory involved in export).
Workers in unorganised sector do not enjoy the benefits which are enjoyed by the workers in the organised sector.
