Describe specific warming-up and conditioning in Badminton.

Specific warming-up and conditioning :
After performing general warming-up exercises the player performs specific warming-up exercise and then followed by conditioning like, few shuttle runs, stepping, skipping, zig-zag run; court crafting with racket; side ward bending, arch making, arch making with jump; wrist and ankle rotation with racket; tossing high, defensive clear or clears high at various spots of back court; offensive clears at various spots of back court; smash hitting at various spots; drop practice at various spots; return practice to smash and drop; few high services, short services, flick and drive services. Afterward some bask drills like; first service, then smash, then net drop, then lift, then clear, then smash and so on, etc. The variation of player for single player or double player performs also held some co¬ordination drills to practice.
