’Coordination is needed at all levels of management and it is the responsibility/function of all managers’. Explain how?
Coordination is needed at all the three levels of management. The work at every level is performed by a group of people, that is why, it is required at all the three levels viz:
(i) Top level It requires coordination to integrate all the activities performed by middle and lower level of management.
(ii) Middle level This-level requires coordination to balance the activities performed by different individuals. (iii) Lower level This level requires coordination to bind the efforts of all workers towards the achievement of goal.
