POINTERS FOR FORMAL LETTER WRITING:
- When you know the name of the person the letter is addressed to then the Complimentary Ending should be ‘Yours sincerely’.
- When the name of the recipient is not known, the complimentary ending should be ‘Yours faithfully’.
