(a) Ozone layer helps in shedding the Earth from the harmful UV radiations coming from Sun. If it gets depleted, then it will directly reach the Earth’s surface and affect the life on Earth. It causes skin cancer. So it is important to protect the ozone layer so as to save our environment.

  1. By minimising the use of vehicles to limit emission of harmful gases that cause damage to the ozone layer.
  2. (Convincing the people to not to buy products in aerosol cans and maintaining air conditioning filters and units.
