Yes, if more Indian MNCs are set-up, this would not only contribute to the Indian economy, but also generate employment in the country, besides helping India to emerge as an economic super power.
Since MNCs produce on a large scale at lower costs, they earn profits. Thus, India would be able to spread its production across the globe and also dominate the international markets. As exports would increase, India’s balance of trade would henceforth become favourable.
With Indian MNCs contributing to world trade, India would also be able to attract other countries in international organisations like the WTO and its stand for fair trade rules will become stronger.
