(ii) The secretion which passes down tube W is bile. Role of bile in fat digestion:
(a) It makes the acidic food alkaline to facilitate the action of enzymes, lipase on it.
(b) Bile salts break the fats present in the food into small globules for enzymes to act.
(iii) In case of diarrhoea, the process of absorption of water is not occurring normally in region X.
