The concept of a Garden City was first developed by an architect and planner named Ebenezer Howard. To him the Garden City would be a pleasant place full of plants and trees, where people would both live and work. We believed this would produce better quality citizens. There would be a common garden, Ebenezer Howard spaces and beautiful views. Attention was to be paid to all details.
