(i) From the above diagram, describe the direction of the magnetic field and the direction of current.
(ii) Draw the path of the electron beam as it enters the magnetic field.

(i) The direction of the magnetic field is away from you, i.e. into the page. The direction of current is opposite to that of the electron beam.
