(i) Member countries will not discriminate against each other in International Trade matters.
(ii) Binding and enforceable commitment implying
that the tariff commitments are binding on all the
countries concerned.
(iii) It the tariff commitments are not followed by the any member nation then complaining country may invoke the WTO dispite settlement procedures.
(iv) Transparency implying that member countries will publish there trade regulation and supply them to the WTO on demand.
