What is the formula for hard water ?
The chemical formula for hard water is same as normal water, H2O. the chemical compound does not change. Hard water just contains higher amount of salts of calcium and magnesium dissolved in water. This makes it a mixture and not a pure compound. Mixtures do not have a specific chemical formula
