State the main functions of liver and pancreas

The main function of liver is to produce bile juice that digest the fat molecule and convert them to small fat globules.

PANCREAS produce pancreatic juice whuch contains trypsin and chymotrypsin that act on protien and digest it.

HOPE ITS SUFFICIENT:)

LIVER:- It makes the food medium to alkaline so that enzymes from liver, pancreas and small intestine can react on them.
:- It does emulsification of fats.

PANCREAS:- Release trypsin (reacts on protein) and lipase (acting on fats).
