How does our Constitution specify the cultural and educational tights of the minorities?

Democracy gives power to majority. Language, culture and religion of minorities needs special protection here. Otherwise they feel neglected and undermined under the influence of religion and culture of majority section in the society. Thus, Constitution makers specify the cultural and educational rights of the minorities in our society. These are:

  1. Any section of citizens with a distinct language or culture have a right to conserve it.
  2. Admission to any educational institution maintained by government or receiving government aid cannot be denied to any citizen on the ground of religion or language.
  3. All minorities have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their own choice.
