Examples of energy being an indispensable requirement in our modem lives are :
(i) Every sector of the national economy —agriculture, industry, transport, commercial and domestic needs inputs of energy.
(ii) Economic development plans implemented since independence have necessarily required increasing amounts of energy to remain operational. Thus, it is an indispensable requirement.
(iii) Energy is required for all domestic activities like cooking, providing lighting and heating and even - air-conditioning (cooling).
Thus, we can conclude that energy is an indispensable requirement in our modern lives.
