Do you think working with institutions is not easy in democracy?

Yes, I think working with institutions is not easy in democracy. Institutions involve rules and regulations. This bind the hands of leaders. Institutions involve meetings, committees and routines. This often leads to delays and complications.

Therefore, dealing with institutions can be frustrating. One might feel that it is much better to have one person take all decisions so that there is no pressure of rules, procedures and meetings. However, some of the delays and complications introduced by institutions are very useful. They cause a wider set of people to be consulted and make it equally difficult to rush through a bad decision.

Various institutions act as parameters that guide the government to make proper decisions for the country. Therefore, it is felt that though working with institutions is not easy yet it is essential for a democracy.
