(a) The neurotransmitter acetylcholine is released at all neuromuscular junctions between motor neurons and skeleton muscle cell.
(b) It is also released in synapses between preganglionic
and postganglionic in the autonomic nervous system, and at certain synapsis between neurons in the central nervous system
