The skv wave propagation is due to the ionospheric reflection of radio waves back to the earth.
The space wave propagation is by line-of-sight propagation, directly between transmitter to receiver / or by satellite.
The frequency range of sky wave is few MHz to 40 MHz
The frequency range of space wave is above 40 MHz
