(a) As a responsible citizen of the country, my first and foremost responsibility would be to bring the problem faced by me to the railway authorities. This would make sure that others do not face the same difficulties.
(b) As passanngers are travelling without tickets, I would first request those passanger to buy valid tickets and pay the fine. If they are unwilling to do so, I will inform the railway authority.
