Write a note on the ‘Challenges of deepening of democracy’.
The challenge of deepening of democracy is applied to every democracy in one form or another.
This challenge ensures following values
(i) Strengthening of democratic institutions and democratic principles.
(ii) Checking the influence of wealthy and powerful people in the governmental decision.
(iii) This challenge thus, tries to empower the general section of people through democratic institutions…
(iv) There should be transparency, i.e. most of the activities of the government should be open to common people, so that they could have faith in the system.
