Values required among railway users are
(i) Passengers should have a sense of responsibility while using railway property, so that they do not carelessly damage it or steal it.
(ii) Passengers should maintain cleanliness in use of railways facilities and not leave railway property in a dirty condition.
(iii) They should use the emergency chain facility only when absolutely necesary, to prevent inconvenience to other passengers or loss to the railways.
