(ii) Does the above distance increase or decrease for long sighted eye? Give reason for your answer with diagram.
(i) The least distance of distinct vision for a normal eye is 25 cm.
(it) For.a long sighted eye, the least distance of distinct vision increases. A long sighted eye can see upto infinity. The minimum distance upto which can see is called the near point of the eye. This distance is more than 25 cm as shown in figure.
