The interest of an organisation is to achieve its goals. These goals are achieved after integrating the efforts of different individuals who are working in the organisation to satisfy their own personal needs. Sometime’s, an individual starts giving priority to his own interest, but according to Fayol in all situations company’s interest will supersede the interest of individual. Thus, the interests of various stakeholders, i.e. owners, shareholders, creditors, financers and the society cannot be sacrificed for one individual.
