The poem ‘Song of the Rain’ begins on a single autobiographical descriptive note but ends on a philosophical note. Do you agree with this description or not? Give a reason in support of your answer.

I agree with this description. The poem traces, the journey of rain. It starts with its celebration and then continues with its various benefits and functions like decorating the fields, gardens and valleys, satisfying the thirst of the Earth, becoming a messenger of mercy between the cloud and the field and so on. Then the poem shifts into a philosophical mode when the poet says that it makes the spirit of man rejoice and laugh. It finally bids farewell to all when it departs with love.
