The direction of current flowing in a coil is shown in figure. Q - 4. What type of magnetic pole is formed at the face that has flow of current as shown in figure Q - 4 ?

  1. North magnetic pole is formed at the face that has flow of current in the figure.
  2. The current in the coil is in anti-clockwise direction when we place compass before the face.
  3. The needle is oriented in such a way that its south pole points towards the face of the coil.
