1.Bone marrow is the main lymphoid organ where all types of blood cells including lymphocytes are formed.
2.The lymphocytes migrate to secondary lymphoid organs(e.g.,spleen,lymph nodes, Peyer’s patches of small intestines), which interact with the antigen and proliferate to form a clone.
