In sole proprietorship, a single individual is solely responsible for providing the capital, for bearing loss, for the control of enterprise. Thus, it is known as one man show. The proprietor alone takes all decisions pertaining to the business. He is not required to consult anybody. Ownership and management is vested with same person. It is the simplest form of business and the owner enjoys solely all the advantages of such business houses.
