Let there be a small sticky area on the wall of the container of a gas. Molecules hitting the area sticky there permanently. Is the pressure less or more there as compared to other area of the wall?

Assuming no sticky area, change in momentum on collision
= mv-(- mv) = 2mv
Due to sticky area, change in momentum = mv - 0 =mv
Clearly momentum is halved so pressure is also halved in respect of sticky area.
