In which ways did Hitler break the treaty ov Versailles and what was the response from The Allies?
Hitler broke the Treaty of Versailles in multiple ways. Under his rule, Nazi Germany rapidly expanded, trained, and built a modern military, while the treaty declared the Germany could not remilitarize. Additionally, he built a navy, which was forbidden, invaded the “demilitarized” Saarland, and refused to pay reparations demanded by the Allies.
As a result, the Allies condemned his actions, but the UK and France were very reluctant to go to war again. They even agreed to an appeasement policy to allow Hitler to invade the Sudetenland.
