If an organisation follows the following principles of management, state some of their positive effects on the organisation.
(i) Esprit De Corps
(ii) Initiative

(i) Esprit de corps It means union is strength.
This principle emphasizes on team work and suggests that every employee must consider himself a part of the team.
This spirit brings harmony in groups and they strive to work harder to achieve the targets. (ii) Initiative This principle states that employees at all levels should take initiative or actions without any force. It means taking the first step with self motivation, and employees should be encouraged to develop and carry out plans for improvement.
The positive effect of this principle is that employees feel satisfied when they are allowed to take initiative.
