In normal conditions, the water rises in the capillary tube due to surface tension upto a height, becomes equal to the weight of water column raised in the tube. In the case of: weightlessness the effective weight of water column raised becomes zero. Hence, the water will rise upto the other end of the capillary tube, howsoever long the capillary is The water meniscus will adjust its curvature at the upper end of capillary tube so that there is no over flowing.
